Strategic Blog Posts for a Fintech
The Project:
The marketing team for the Financial Management Software division of The Access Group approached me to write a series of SEO-optimised articles for their website, targeting Chief Financial Officers and Finance Directors.
This involved researching and writing eight 2000-word articles for their Strategic CFO campaign. Including SEO keyword research and detailed subject matter research on topics relevant to Chief Financial Officers and Finance Directors.
The ultimate goal was to increase organic traffic back to their website. You can see the eight articles on their website here.

The client gave me outline briefs for the eight articles, guidance on the SEO keywords they would like to rank for, and some competitor articles. I conducted additional SEO keyword research and detailed subject matter research, referencing other well-respected websites such as Forbes and Gartner for additional material. My background in senior-level work in financial services added real-life insight to the articles.
The SEO keywords were woven into the articles in a conversational copywriting style so that the writing flowed well, sounded natural, and had a comprehensive coverage of the topics.
Each article took around seven working days to produce, from receipt of the brief through review and final sign-off from the client. The client's web team then added the articles and supporting images to their website.
The articles are still performing well several years later, driving organic traffic to their website and ranking for the specified SEO keywords.
