The Project:

LaunchPad Lab is a US-based AI Consultancy, providing AI and Salesforce solutions. I worked directly with their VP of Marketing to revamp their online case studies and pdfs, create sales enablement slides, write blogs, newsletters and social media posts.

The client case studies were a mix of financial services, education, and tech industries. You can see the final case studies in the links below.

I worked from client documents and senior stakeholders to develop the customer case studies showcasing LaunchPad Lab's latest projects, including highly technical AI development initiatives.

My role included:

• Structuring compelling customer stories

• Writing case studies

• Writing social media posts to promote the case studies

• Updating sales collateral and sales decks

• Writing blogs

• Writing newsletters

• Collaborating with the agency stakeholders throughout the editorial process
